Facility use: $50/hour (4 hour minimum per day)
Includes: 
 - Initial room setup
 - Water and ice for beverage service
 - WiFi service
 - Flip charts, overhead projectors available upon prior request
 
Room capacity:
 - Conference Layout = 18
 - Theater Layout = 24 (with AV cart)
 - Classroom Layout = 16 (with AV cart)
 - Banquet Layout = 16 (using 5' round tables)

Options:
 - Online & Onsite reservations, includes name tags if wanted ($35 for event, up to 24 people)
 - Coffee/Tea/Soda: $1.50 per serving
 - Latte/Cappuccino/Mocha (Iced or Hot): $3.00 per serving
 - Meal functions: $25 for setup and cleanup
 - Prep area for use by caterer: $50/per meal
 - Room layout reset during event :$35
 - AV High Def projector & Stereo sound: $50/day
 - Tableware available to rent for banquets

50% deposit to reserve dates
If canceled more than 7 days in advance 100% refund of deposit, less $50 admin fee.
